Private Online Childbirth Education for the First-Time Families:
This one-on-one interactive class, using Zoom to meet online, blends a combination of Google Slides and visual guides, with the goal of leaving you relaxed and prepared for the birth of your baby.
This Express Childbirth Education class is a three-hour commitment. It offers families a streamlined, no-frills version of our weekend classes. This class is not for families looking to dive into the mechanics of labor and birth. Thurs. 2pm - 5pm

This two-day weekend class is a three-hour commitment per day. It dives deep into the mechanic of labor and birth. Leaving you feeling calm and prepared for birth.

Anatomy of pregnancy and understanding your changing body.

Signs the body is getting ready to labor and how you’ll know when in labor.

Stages and phases of labor: the role of hormones and emotional changes.

Relaxation and breathing techniques.

*Purchasing a Birth Ball for the class would be very helpful so you can practice labor positions and have it for your birth. If you are 5”3 or less purchase a size 65cm, and if are over 5”3 purchase a size 75cm.
